prepared stage

 One Fine Morning,

Seperti biasa kali ini saya diskusi dengan salah satu pimpinan di perusahaan saya, berbicara tentang panggung. 

Do people need a prepared stage by other people?

as an entrepeneur, ada dua pilihan yaitu mempunyai usaha yang mandiri atau usaha yang rely on investor which is we need a prepared stage untuk unjuk gigi seberapa okenya usaha kita. 

Untuk para entrepeneur yang memilih mandiri, kita lebih baik fokus untuk membangun itu sendiri, tidak terlalu mempedulikan what others want dari bisnis kita, kita betul-betul bisa fokus untuk grow the positivity yang ada di bisnis kita (both profit atau soft return of investment).

Aku cerita ke atasanku ini bahwa i was in competition right now and by 2 weeks will have pitching/ demo session in front of investor. then, atasanku tanya 'do you really need investment in your business?' dan again dia tanya lagi 'why you have to be so competitive to go over investment? while you can do it by yourself, growing, increase your capital, and blablabla' please dont make investment make your business progress really instant, i'm afraid that you weren't ready to get that'

i know, memang bisnis itu adalah proses yang speednya sangat bisa diatur oleh si pemilik, whether you go fast or slow, but then one thing that is very important is you have to make sure that no process left behind, everything should be clear and all business process are passed. 

i dont blame for anyone who choose being mandiri atau get investor, semua ada plus minusnya dan memang harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan bisnis kita kan ya.
